Heidi Viljamaa

Psychologist Heidi Viljamaa started CareerStorm in the spring of 1998. Having studied and worked both in the U.S. and in Finland, Heidi draws on the best practices of both North America and Europe in her work. She has done pioneering work to create interactive web-based career services and is internationally recognized for her contribution. Heidi is engaged in doctoral studies at the University of Joensuu in Finland and she frequently speaks at international career conferences about web-based career services.

Jari Vanha-Eskola

Jari Vanha-Eskola, M.Sc. has extensive experience in designing comprehensive web-based systems. Jari has a strong background in web and database programming and he has been involved with the web since 1987. In addition to CareerStorm projects, Jari has designed and programmed an online learning environment for the Open University of Helsinki.

Henri Loikkanen

Henri Loikkanen has been responsible for designing all CareerStorm graphics and for integrating customers' graphical "look and feel" to CareerStorm tools. Henri has specialized in web-design since 1996 and his award winning, innovative web-designs are often an inspiration to other designers in Finland.

Mirva Pilli-Sihvola

Mirva Pilli-Sihvola has been developing web-based career services since 1997. She has overseen the development of several online courses from start to finish. Mirva has done extensive research and has published several articles about the potentials of the internet in providing career services.
